Privacy by default

Measure traffic, not people.

No cookies and no fingerprinting. One random anonymous ID in localStorage counts returning visitors once; IPs are anonymized before anything is stored. GDPR export and deletion are API endpoints, not a support ticket.

  • No cookies, no fingerprinting
  • IP addresses anonymized at ingest
  • GDPR export and deletion by anon_id or user_id

Frequently asked

If your question isn't here, email us at hello@useanalisa.com.

How is this different from Google Analytics?

It answers one question well — where do my visitors come from, and which of them convert? — instead of offering hundreds of reports. No cookies, IPs anonymized at ingest, fast dashboards from server-side rollups, and GDPR export/delete by API.

Do I need a cookie banner?

We set no cookies. The SDK keeps one random anonymous ID in localStorage so returning visitors are counted once, and IPs are anonymized before anything is stored. Some jurisdictions treat any client-side storage as needing consent, so check with your DPO.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Every plan has JSON export per anon_id or user_id (the GDPR portability endpoint), and a read API with overview, top pages, referrers, countries, errors and a week-over-week snapshot, authenticated with your site secret.

Will it slow my site down?

The SDK is about 4KB gzipped, loads without blocking render and batches events (every 3 seconds or 10 events, flushed with keepalive when the page closes). Web Vitals are read from the browser’s own performance observers.

What happens if I exceed my plan quota?

Events past 100% of your plan are dropped, never billed as a surprise overage. Upgrade from the billing page whenever you need more.

Can I self-host?

The codebase is three pieces (dashboard, ingestor, SDK). A self-host guide is on the roadmap; contact us if you need it sooner.
