Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Analisa (the “Service”) provided by Analisa (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your password and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to track end users in violation of applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, etc.).
  • Send personally identifiable information (PII) in custom event properties (use our user-identification API instead).
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overwhelm our infrastructure.
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or to harm others.

3. Subscription, billing & cancellation

  • Free plan is free indefinitely, subject to the quota stated on the pricing page.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual plans receive a 20% discount.
  • You can cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
  • Past 100% of monthly quota, ingestion is paused (events dropped) until the next period or an upgrade — there are no surprise overage fees.
  • If we change pricing, existing customers keep their current price for at least 12 months.

4. Data ownership

You own all data you ingest. We use it solely to provide the Service. Event data is kept for the retention period of your plan. To have your account and its data deleted, email hello@useanalisa.com; data about individual tracked visitors can also be exported or deleted through our GDPR API endpoints.

5. Service level

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it on a best-effort basis: we do not offer an uptime guarantee, a service level agreement or service credits. Planned maintenance or incidents may make the dashboard or the ingestion endpoint temporarily unavailable, and events sent during an outage may be lost.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as expressly required by applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these terms (with 7 days' notice unless the violation is urgent — e.g. abuse, payment fraud, illegal use).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Analisa is incorporated. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes

Material changes will be emailed to account owners at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
